I rang him this morning and he is doing two others at the present time.

He only has two silk screens and will leave one set up for a week or two if I want to order another face.

After that he will need to make up another silk screen again so the costs rise but he will keep the computer artwork permanently so it can be reproduced again if needed in the future.

See separate PM for his quote.

Just kidding, I got mine and 500eguy's today.  They look great (click for a bigger pic.  Now I got to revisit that recalibration thread.

They do look good.

Why the different mounting bolt siting?

If you mean those mounting tabs, I think it's just the lighting/background confusing things.

Yeah, I've just sat them again side by side and the only difference I can spot is the minuscule difference in alignment of the white parts.  eg. the stop pin is still between the 2 and 0 for both but slightly different.  The photo makes the left one look like the 2 is obscured but it's all due to parallax error caused by the closeness of the camera.

Sorry - my fault.

It's just the background.
