Hi. does anybody know if the MB Tex from GAHH is the original MB tex came with our 116? thanks

hi patrick! whats the best aftermarket for mbtex then? im really in search for the best clone mbtex around for my interior. ive seen so many sellers that use "mbtex" but not sure whicj one is the closest to orig.

I would say GAHH or World Upholstery are about as close as you can get. The World Upholstery leather is pretty close to that of the original. Although the manufacture has ceased to exist, the cows still roam the earth.

Thanks Alabbasi! btw, is the interior side wall (interior door panels and pillars) also wrapped with mbtex?

The doors and the pillars are wrapped in a vinyl, regardless of whether you have leather or tex. I don't think it's the same material as the seats as it probably thinner.

Thanks again alabassi. i was looking at it closely and i thought it was wrapped with almost the same material as the plain mbtex. does it mean it can be re-wrapped?
