Cleaning Rubber Bumpers

I waxed my 450SE this week and managed to get wax on the black rubber bumper ends and the black rubber piece that is at the rear end of the car above the bumper. What can I use to clean the rubber and get the wax stains off?

Probably something like Kerosene, and then refinish with Olive or vegetable oil.
