Center Console Discolored; Repair or Replace

I have that orangie-beige interior color on my '79 6.9 (See Previous posting and help me please regarding the name of my interior color).

The center console has become grossly discolored and I am in the process of restoring this vehicle. Is there a suitable place to buy new ones online or someone who can recolor it?

Anyone encounter this problem?
