6.9 wood refurbishment
« on: 28 October 2008, 11:20 AM »

i used to think some things could not be topped
-TJs OCD and engine cleaning
-s classes no expense spared resto
-PBs chroming fetish
or even Bills "Magnum PI" mo'
but i was wrong.
5 weeks after dropping it off, i got the burr walnut back from the wood people...hell, it cost more than the original cost of rusted goldie, but anyhow!!
apologies for poor camera work, doesnt do it justice...also apologise for lack of decorative carpet our esteemed colleagues always use in the shots  Wink

That's impressive Nathan, they look new Cool

Was it the same place that ChrisM used and did they divulge any trade secrets like how they stripped the wood, what was the stain and what they used for the gloss coat?

I work for an aston-martin & jaguar factory service center, and the folks we use [factory certified for benz, jag, bmw, rolls, etc.] is Madera Concepts.

Their contact info is:
55-B Depot Road, Goleta, CA 93118 USA
800.800.1579

They do awesome work, and the turn-around time is quick.
