I print lists, bang my fists on the counter and throw them at the dealer parts guy and walk out.

Cheesy Cheesy Man! I just spilt my coffee reading that.

Craig, how does one contact Tom or the Classic Centre for parts?

I have a habit of ordering parts from the dealer. The next order I place will be via email to Tom at the "Classic Center", if I get my act together that is. When I get some sort of EPC happening on my computer, I'll be in business.

IS that some kind of a hint Tj ?

I have the USA version EPC, old faithful, still what i use today,
the WORLD version EPC
and also the *latest edition* WORLD version dvd epc.

I might investigate the latest version this weekend if i have a chance, the previous world version was no good for laptops with pcmcia network adapters, the product serial code was generated from the primary network interface's MAC address, and as soon as this changed, (the card being removed or swapped for another) the software locked up and required reactivation. Very annoying. I bet the latest version is still the same.

On a desktop machine where the network interface isnt likley to change it would be fine, also the same goes for a laptop with an embedded networking solution used as the primary adapter.

It was more of a subconscious hint. Cheesy

I'm using a desktop machine, although my network drivers for the on-board Ethernet functionality are kaput, so I have resorted to wireless for the time being. It sounds like I will need to get that in a stable state before contemplating the EPC.

Both EPC and WIS require stable computers.

I see the lastest 2007 Windows combined version of EPC and WIS are for sale on e-bay for about $50

I got EPC to run on XP after a struggle, and now have it on an old Win2000 machine in the shed. I have the newer EPC - does anyone know if it can be bludgeoned into working on Vista?

I have both the EPC and WIS circa 2004 versions running on a three or four year old Laptop running XP pro.

I wouldn't even try to run it on vista.

Even the 2007 windows version of EPC and WIS combined version does not mention Vista in it's listings.
