Last night I watched "Lethal Weapon 3" on DVD.

In the opening sequence, Riggs and Murtaugh enter a multistory parking garage to attempt to disarm a bomb located in a parked car.  In the scene, near the boobytrapped car you get a good view of a W116 SE with steelies and hubcaps, in very nice Cypress green.

Correct Nathan, but its Lethal Weapon 2, not Die Hard 2.

judging by the reviews on T2, the mercs must be the only exciting part in the movie  Roll Eyes

We went saw Transformers 2 too.  I wasn't disappointed, probably cause I wasn't expecting it to out do the first one but I did get a bit bored towards the end.  The kids and the Mrs loved it.  I heard on the radio that reviewers dissed it though it's making mega bucks regardless.  I hope they don't do a third, I don't think there's any room for it to work.

It sucked how we got there a bit late and the cinema was packed so we had to sit a row from the front.  I was so close to Megan Fox's opening scenes that I felt I should have apologised to my wife next to me for cheating.  Roll Eyes  And although I nearly had a seizure during the in-your-face flashes from weapons and shaking camera movements during the action sequences, I was close enough to recognise from the few mercs on parade, the all too familiar double stacked chrome bumpers of a euro w116 sheltering the good guys. Cool  Smart soldiers them ones.
