Inexpensive reproduction velour interiors or at least the fabric for 116 and 126s
Bolt in window motor/regulator assemblies 116 126
Reproduction fuel pumps
Reproduction rear package tray covers
Driver's seat back covers - and perhaps a "cheater" panel that could be tight-glued right over the top of the notorious driver's entry bolster (I did this on a Recaro once and it amazed me - it looked fabulous and all I did was thoroughly match the fit, then stretched and pinned it carefully as I glued it in place using the same glue used to put cloth badges on boy scout uniforms - since the replacement piece was a nice thin leather it really couldn't be seen as it fit neatly into the crease next to the beading

Reproduction Becker radios

An inexpensive back-plate 1 into 2 outlet "cheater" rear exhaust outlet that would allow the use of cheap V8 single exhausts and yet look stock

Penta 5 spokes

I'm constantly amazed at Mercedes stubborn inability to engineer reliability into these high-failure rate components over the almost 20 years they had these problems - as the 116 issues listed above carried over into the 126 - plus the early 126s had a problem with sunroof guts breaking that costs over $1000 to repair since they stopped manufacturing the original bits when they addressed the problem in the late 80s.

If we are to continue to enjoy these cars at the prices they sell for we need to find some cheap resources for common must-have repairs.

If they were of sufficient quality, it would be awesome. The washer bottles in particular shouldn't be too hard to have manufactured.
