my new toy W124 500E

since a week my new toy is an 1991 W124 500E with no emission controls and the car is amazing for a 1991 mercedes !   
its an wolf in sheeps clothing , here in holland the W124 was verry much used as an taxi and still they drive as a taxi with it overhere so in the daily traffic the 500E doesnt atract attention unless a mercedes enthousiast they see directly its an special W124 but most people dont see this and thats what i love about the car , yesterday some guy in a brand new alfa wanted to race me this was funny i faked that he was just a litllebit faster as i am so we keeped next to each other and than i really accelerated and the alfa vanished in the rearview mirror double fun for me becouse i hate alfa  Grin ]

the 500e is one of the top 10 benzes of all time...excellent pickup jonny - did you steal it? Wink
those flared wheel arches look awesome...if only they made them with the steering wheel on the correct side
