Thanks for that one 13B.  Notice Jeremy admitted they don't show many underbonnet shots on Top Gear.  That's so true, so annoying and we should have seen two clear shots of the RR and 600 engine bays.  It's like when ebay ads don't have engine bay photos.

Did Jeremy say his last service was 15000 pounds??!!!!!!!!!  Holy sh!t.

thats plenty moollah, but then he can afford it and i am sure he wanted it purfect.
my parents wanted to buy the president of kenya's 600 (president kenyattta)when we lived there as they were on speaking terms, only to be told that " only the president is allowed to own a 600". many times we would be driving somewhere and the pres and his escort would ensure that you were pushed off the road when he was drving by. and when we were sometimes driving to the coast, about 400 kays, no speed limits and good roads and with elephants and other animals crossing , and it was hot , the pres and his escort would come belting past us and we would be doing 100mph, before we slowed down and moved onto the shoulder.
popped into some anitques car place yesterday and saw a rolls like what james nbought, told the wife that i want to buy something like that, cheap at 65k in rands, and put a tow bar on, drive the crap out of it and tow with it just to annoy the establishment.

I reckon the most stressful job would've been that of the 600 driver.  Can you imagine the stress of chauffering the pres in a tank at 100+mph.  Don't know what Kenyatta was like but imagine getting a disapproving look through the rear view mirror from a guy like Amin after making a too abrupt swerve around a civilian car.

I'm tellin ya!!  If you caught a plane from Sydney to Melbourne, and I rode a Kenyan.. I'd beat ya!!  And it'd only cost 2 coconuts, instead of heaps of petrol!!
